Air freight
When the shipment cannot wait.
Air freight moves urgent stock, spare parts and high-value goods in days rather than weeks. We compare the options and coordinate the booking from collection to delivery.
- Best for
- Urgent and high-value cargo
- Options
- Standard and express
- Coverage
- Major airports worldwide
Standard air freight
Reliable speed without the express premium.
A good fit for commercial cargo that needs to move quickly but can follow a normal air cargo schedule. We book airport-to-airport or door-to-door depending on the route.
- Consolidated or direct air cargo
- Collection and delivery available
- Customs coordination at both ends
Air express
The fastest door-to-door option.
For parcels, samples, critical spares and shipments where every day matters. Express services usually include stronger tracking and a more defined delivery commitment.
- Priority handling
- Door-to-door by default
- Best for smaller, time-critical shipments
What fits
Good cargo for the air.
Air freight makes the most sense when speed protects revenue, a deadline or a customer relationship.
Urgent stock
Replenishment that cannot wait for an ocean schedule.
Samples and launch stock
Get a product to market or a buyer before a deadline.
Spare parts and equipment
Keep a machine, vehicle or project moving.
High-value goods
Lower transit time and less handling, with insurance available.
Perishables
Where the route and airline support temperature control.
E-commerce restocks
Smaller batches that need to land before the next sales push.
What we handle
The parts that usually slow an air shipment down.
Rate comparison
We compare the available air services and explain the difference in cost, routing and transit time.
Booking coordination
We confirm space with the forwarder and keep you updated on the collection and departure schedule.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill and any permits or certificates the route requires.
Pickup and delivery
Door collection, airport handling and final delivery can be included in the quote where available.
Customs coordination
We work with licensed brokers and give you the document checklist before the cargo arrives.
Tracking and insurance
Milestone updates from departure to delivery, plus cargo insurance options for the declared value.
Good to know
Air charges are not just weight.
Chargeable weight
Airlines charge on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. A light but bulky shipment can cost more than its scale weight suggests. Send dimensions with the weight and we will work it out.
Dangerous goods
Batteries, aerosols, chemicals and some equipment need special handling and declarations. Tell us before booking. Not every route or airline can carry every item, and undeclared dangerous goods can delay or stop a shipment.
Transit time
Air transit is usually a matter of days, but collection, screening, customs and final delivery add time. The quote includes the expected transit time for the route we recommend.
